Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a method of Hypnosis that involves inducing an individual into a state of deep relaxation in order to access the Subconscious or Higher Self. Upon doing so, we are not only able to access memories from past life experiences, but we are also able to work with the power of the Subconscious to address any physical or emotional issues that may be causing problems in their present life and heal them at the deepest level possible. Astrology can offer you insight into who you are and more specifically, patterns and cycles that will occur throughout your life. It also operates as a guidance tool in order for you to navigate these cycles. I simply interpret these messages to offer you space in understanding yourself on a deeper level.
