Meeting Birth heroes like and more taught me resilience, compassion & dedication.

Every single birth mom stole my heart and I will forever love them all. Thank you God for allowing me to do such deep work, in others and in myself- through YOU.

Hospital Mama’s; When you are headed in, please bring a small cooler. Tell your nurses in L&D you are keeping your placenta- they will have you sign the release.

Once you’ve delivered, the hospital will keep it in the refrigerator until you request it.

At any time youre in postpartum you can request your placenta. When you get it, place it in your cooler & cover it in ice immediately. (Hospital has ice in refreshment rooms)

Contact your specialist & coordinate pick up. Depending on when you text her, she will either pick it up from your pp room or your home. ☺️
