Today I had the privilege of sitting down with Jennie Singer from The Cureatory for lunch. She is so intentional about what products go into her soaps and knows so much about how to make soaps with different properties!

I’ve been reducing toxins and unnatural ingredients in our house for a while now and there are so many handmade soaps that still have lots of unnatural ingredients. But this stuff is the real deal. No fragrances or extra additives. Definitely check out her website to see the selection of soaps she currently has available and keep an eye out for her video coming later this week!

This concept has opened up so much for me in how I treat low back pain. Though I learned it in my Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist class, it applies to everyone.

Learning to use breathing on top of all the specific core strengthening I’ve always used has helped so many people get relief faster and more completely.

It was a busy day. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Taylor of Helping Hands Doula Services LLC. What an energetic, sweet heart to serve and love those around her. We had a great conversation about how to improve the care women receive during the prenatal and postpartum periods.

Did you know postpartum doulas are a thing? If not, definitely check them out for more information-it sounds wonderful!

I had a great time talking with her about the challenges and joys of owning our own businesses and navigating the marketing world. I want my patients to trust me when I recommend something without gimmicks to sales tactics.
