This concept has opened up so much for me in how I treat low back pain. Though I learned it in my Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist class, it applies to everyone.
Learning to use breathing on top of all the specific core strengthening I’ve always used has helped so many people get relief faster and more completely.
