Your generosity helps young people rebuild their lives.

A mother and her teenage son came to High Sky after years of hardship, trauma, and separation. With guidance from our team, they worked through misunderstandings, rebuilt trust, strengthened communication, and learned daily tools for stability. Today, their bond is strong again. He is thriving in school, making friends, participating in youth group, and volunteering in the community.

This Christmas season, our community showed up in the most incredible way. Through toy drives, sponsorships, and wish list donations, every single wish list was filled, and toys were provided for hundreds of children in our care.

Behind every gift is a child who felt seen, valued, and remembered. We are beyond grateful to everyone who helped make the holidays brighter and filled with joy for the children we serve. Thank you for spreading so much hope this season.

Your support strengthens families when they need it most.

One family in our Stay Together program was struggling with communication, conflict, and behavioral challenges with their teenage daughter. Through weekly sessions, communication tools, positive reinforcement strategies, and purposeful family time, the family began to reconnect. Their daughter started making healthier choices, opening up honestly, and spending quality time with her parents. The family says these changes have brought them closer than they have been in years.

Today we are sharing a moment of hope made possible by supporters like you.

When a young boy arrived at our Emergency Shelter with almost no belongings, our team took him shopping for clothing he could feel confident in. His sibling helped pick out shirts with his favorite characters, and when we showed them to him, he jumped with joy, asking, “Are these really for me?” His gratitude and excitement reminded us how meaningful simple acts of care can be for a child who has endured so much.

Our Story

High Sky Children’s Ranch has 8 programs that support our mission to end child abuse and promote family wholeness. In addition to serving youth in foster care and facilitating adoptions, we continue to provide preventative services to at risk families in the community, to biological parents of children in foster care, youth aging out of care, and intensive therapy services to children and families who have found themselves entangled in the Child Protective Services system.
