Jennifer Yancer Yoga Jennifer is a certified yoga teacher offering pre/postnatal yoga in Midland, Mich. Jennifer strives to provide a safe, strong practice for her students.

Jennifer went into her first yoga class in 2010 with the same attitude many have, thinking, "I'm not flexible enough for this, what am I getting myself into?" However, instead of feeling intimidated, she fell in love with the practice and all it provides. Over the years, she slowly developed a dedicated practice and found a new layer of herself, wanting to share yoga with others. She completed OmBodies' 200 hour teaching training program in February 2017 and is now a RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance. She believes yoga can be a great tool to finding flexibility, strength and peace of mind, but it will only give you what you're willing to put in. Her goal is to guide students and hold a safe place for them to put in this work and to explore, reflect and grow.

What’ll you find in our Pelvic Floor & Core classes?

✨ Reasonable strength-building for the entire circumference of your core. We don’t go for six-pack abs, we work toward sustainable strength for your everyday life.

✨ Attention to the muscles that support a healthy core, such as glutes and adductors.

✨ Absolutely no talk of your body’s size. We know healthy comes in many forms!
