Stress has a way of setting up camp in our shoulders, hijacking our sleep, and having us ruminate on worst case scenarios at 2 a.m. What if you could gently take your peace back and reduce your stress?
🌿 Mindfulness for Stress Management is starting April 7th at Partners in Change in Midland, and this 8 week group is designed to help you do exactly that. This in-person group meets on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and offers practical tools you can use in real life.

• Greater emotional regulation
• Improved concentration
• Increased self control
• More joy and capacity for the present moment
• Lower risk of depression and substance use relapse
We accept most major insurances for this group. For those paying out of pocket, group sessions are $45 per session, and individual session are $145. An optional mindfulness day retreat is also available for those who want to deepen their practice.
