Personal Assistance Options - PAO Midland We are a 501(c)(3) that provides in-home, personalized support to individuals with disabilities

Personal Assistance Options serves residents of Midland, Bay and Arenac Counties with differing abilities. We are a large, person-driven non-profit organization whose confidential services enable individuals to remain in their homes, no matter the level of care needed. We provide in-home support to individuals with different disabilities based on their personal needs and goals. Individuals needing community living support receive medical-related assistance such as helping with medications and medical appointments, as well as personal and home care assistance with meals, grooming, chores, and pet care. The Great Lakes Bay Employment and Internship Job Fair is drawing near! Now with 65+ employers/partner organzations to be in attendance. This is a great opportunity for job-seeking students, alumni and community members to connect with area employers. March 13, 2025 from 12-3p in the Delta College Pioneer Gym.

Consumers needing Community Living Support (CLS) receive support for social needs, personal care, home care and/or medical assistance.
