Nurture Me Birth Services Providing professional pregnancy and labor support to the Permian Basin for 10 years and counting! Thanks for stopping by our page!

Our names our Jenny Townsend, Courtney Luoma, Chrashae Wagner, Shea Lopez-Barela, Stephanie Kowacz, Lindsey Coulter, Lauren Tift-Izquierdo, Melanie Thomas, Samantha Saville, and Ashley Jones. We are birth doulas serving the Permian Basin area, including, Midland, Odessa, Lubbock, Monahans, Crane, Big Spring, Andrews, Seminole and anywhere in between! All our doulas are DONA Certified Birth Doulas. Jenny and Courtney are co-owners of NMBS and have completed the DHHS Trained Breastfeeding Educator Program. Courtney has now become a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Jenny is our Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, and Lindsey is Physical Therapist. Stephanie has now completed her LCCE training as well. We all personally had births that, though difficult, proved to be inspirational and empowering births, and we hope to help other women have great birth experiences as well. We offer a full line of birth services including professional labor and postpartum support (postpartum doulas!), Childbirth Education classes, lactation services, placenta encapsulation, and even physical therapy. Sometimes people call and ask if we attend hospital deliveries. ALL the time! For years most of our deliveries were hospital moms and we are happy to serve every mom with every type of birth goal!

What a way to come back from a mini vacation and spend the day with this family. Sometimes the plans change & with an induction Doulas are really needed!! This mama endured pitocin contractions like a BOSS!

Alexis had the most amazing birth team! Her husband Robin, I feel like was a Doula in another life! He was so hands on and supportive! But the best of all was the amazing CNM Courtney Luoma who helped this mom have her 1st baby over 8lbs with NO TEARING- I feel like this is her specialty! Thanks so much to this family for allowing us to support you on this amazing day! Happy Bday Baby Cyrus Alexander!
