Who I Am: I am a registered yoga practitioner (trauma-informed RYT200) and RN with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. I have over 25 years of experience in healthcare, nutrition, and wellness education. My qualifications also include accessibility, inclusiveness, and trauma-informed applications. I have been practicing fitness and yoga for over 30 years. I am a wife, mom, and friend.
What I Do: I create wholistic fitness for all ages, sizes, and abilities. My classes provide an opportunity for personal growth through support and modifications. As a dedicated lifelong learner and a registered member of Yoga Alliance, I encourage conversation, education, and laughter!
Why I Do It: I believe in wholistic healthcare and wellness for the individual and families. My vision has created unity for backgrounds, cultures, and generations. I esteem lifelong fitness, learning, and socializing. I value Community and Connection.
