Employee of the Month for December is Anthony!

Anthony is a Charge Nurse that goes above and beyond for his residents. We asked the residents who they wanted for their Employee of the Month and the votes kept coming in for Anthony. We are so proud of Anthony. Let’s all congratulate him and his accomplishment!

Today we celebrated all the hard work our Resident put in to achieve her Goals of going home ♥️
It was a bittersweet moment & we wish her all the best!
It’s these moments that make us thankful for being a part of the journey.

As the weather begins to change, keeping our residents warm and comforted becomes so important. We are very grateful to Cici Jordan with Warm Hearts and The Real Church en Español for wrapping our residents in love with your beautiful scarves. Your kindness brought warmth and cherised memories. We had our resident Thanksgiving meal and it was a special treat for everyone. It was a pleasure sharing this meal with all the family members and getting to see the joy on the residents faces. Thank you to all the staff that helped make this happen and the kitchen team for preparing the tasty meal.

Bowie Fine Arts student choir visited our facility today to treat the residents to a very special Veteran’s musical performance. These young musicians are very talented and everyone loved the show. After the show the students visited with the residents and filled the room with smiles and laughter. From all of us at Midland Medical Lodge, thank you!

Our transportation team often go unheralded, but their contributions are definitely invaluable ♥️
Thanks to Belinda & Mariana all our residents reach their desired destinations & appointments daily. The love and care they give our residents never go unnoticed! Thank you ladies for all you do!
