Ashley Hughes, LLMSW
Care Provider
As a therapist and Master's level social worker, Ashley helps empower you in making positive changes in your life. While it can be difficult, she will be there with you utilizing warmth, empathy, humor, and a non-judgmental atmosphere as you work in a collaborative manner to reach your personal goals.
Since 2013, Ashley has worked in the mental health field, helping those struggling with forms of anxiety, depression, various forms of assault, relationship problems, death and dying, self-esteem issues, and substance abuse. Additionally, she has spent a long time working with at-risk youth and those with childhood trauma. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo and her Master's degree in Social Work from Walden University.
Rather than using one methodology for all individuals, Ashley prefers to utilize elements from various methods to create a personal approach which is tailored for each person. In her spare time, she works out regularly, loves going on walks with her goofy German Shepherd, and sailing with her boyfriend.
