AAC stands for Augmentative and Alternative Communication. October is the month we get to celebrate and recognize the diverse ways in which our kiddos may communicate. At SLB we strive to advocate for our kiddos that need support to have their voices be heard. ⁣

This is Catlin, our Lead Responsive Behavior Technician (RBT) working in our ABA program. ⁣

“ Hi! My name is Catlin Arnold. I have a passion for working with children and supporting their growth through compassionate care. I’m originally from Odessa, Texas, where I grew up, and I’m also a proud mom to three beautiful children who definitely keep me busy outside of work! As the Lead RBT at SLB, I truly enjoy seeing the progress our amazing kiddos make each day. Watching them grow, learn new skills, and gain confidence is the most rewarding part of what I do. I also love being that extra line of support for our families—it’s an honor to be part of their journey. What I love most about working at SLB is the supportive environment and the opportunities I’ve had to grow professionally. I’m surrounded every day by a team of passionate, like-minded people who love this work as much as I do.“ ⁣
