🥧 Pie + Purpose = The Perfect Pi Day!

This Saturday at 3:14pm, the Pi Day Party is serving up more than just pie… it’s helping young people build confidence and leadership skills.

All proceeds from the Pie Eating Contest will support Lead's programs that equips youth with tools to build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills for life. In 2024 alone, Lead programs helped 2,300+ individuals strengthen these skills. Lead was proud to attend Nonprofit Day at the Capitol on Tuesday, a powerful day of learning, advocacy, and connection.

Thank you to the Michigan Nonprofit Association for coordinating such an impactful event and creating space for nonprofits across the state to engage directly with policymakers.

We’re also grateful to Board Member, Josh Faulk for attending alongside our Executive Director, Kelsey Snyder. Together, they met with Representatives from our surrounding counties to share more about Lead’s statewide work building confidence, resilience, and career readiness in youth.

Advocacy matters. When we elevate the voices of the communities we serve, we help shape stronger outcomes for Michigan’s future.
