✨As we step into a new year, I want to pause and reframe what “goals” really mean when it comes to health. This new year does not have to be about quick fixes, restrictive plans, or chasing symptoms. Instead, make it about building a solid foundation that supports you for years to come!

✨My work with clients is rooted in root-cause healing—looking deeper than the surface to understand why the body is out of balance. Tomorrow in Bay City! Hope to see some of you there! 🥰

TOMORROW! We can’t wait to share space and talk, feel, exist, and love- out loud!

We need spaces to share and connect- in real time. Silence can be loud and powerful at times. Which is beautiful!

However, we also can be loud, bold, and confident in our different seasons! And tomorrow we plan to be open and UNMUTED!

We will start at 6:00 pm but come early as we will have the amazing cellist playing who cello from 5:30- 6:00 pm! Come enjoy and support local vendors- FILL and Wise Woman Natural Health Center- who will be there with items that align with the season we are in!

Laughs, vulnerability, conversation, sisterhood, music, breaking of bread, community, education, mocktails, and love!

And YES! Body parts will be mentioned😁. We’re coming to speak open and real! See you tomorrow! ❤️💜

Happy Spring Break!

Dr. Kociba will be out of the office from March 31st through April 8th to spend time with her family. She will return all calls and emails once she returns from a little R&R in the sunshine.
