I’m excited to introduce Elm Meadows Senior Living.

Elm Meadows is a boutique, residential assisted living home designed for older adults who deserve personalized attention, thoughtful design, and a peaceful, home-like environment.

This vision was built on one core belief: that small, intentional living environments can profoundly impact safety, independence, and overall quality of life.

Elm Meadows is truly a dream turned into reality. As an occupational therapist, I wanted to create a space where care is intentional and purposeful, where relationships matter, and daily living is supported with dignity and meaning. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to feel like home, not a facility.

Elm Meadows is small, personal, and peaceful. Elm Meadows is centered on safety, comfort, and meaningful living.

Elm Meadows Senior Living is a boutique family care home in Midland NC, just minutes from Concord and Charlotte NC. Elm Meadows is thoughtfully designed to feel like home while delivering exceptional support. With only a max of 5 residents, we provide highly personalized care, meaningful daily engagement, and an environment built around dignity, comfort, and safety.

Led by Dr. Michelle McFarland, OTD, OTR/L, CDP, Elm Meadows blends clinical expertise with a warm, family-centered approach. Our home features beautifully furnished private rooms, chef-inspired meals, purposeful routines, and innovative OT-driven wellness programs that empower older adults to thrive.
