Overnight newborn care designed to support both baby and parents during the critical postpartum period. While you rest, your newborn is cared for in a calm, nurturing environment with attentive, responsive support throughout the night. This service allows parents to restore their energy, reduce stress, and wake feeling more supported and confident.

Infant soothing and comfort care

Diapering and hygiene support

Feeding support (breast, bottle, or expressed milk)

Assistance with burping and settling baby back to sleep

Empowered Transitions is a 4-week virtual yoga therapy series designed specifically for Black women navigating the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts of menopause. This journey is about honoring your body, reclaiming your vitality, and embracing this transformation with confidence and self-care.
