You never know when grad school classmates/friends meet again!

Who knew I would run into one day randomly at a networking event about a year or two ago after not seeing her for 10-15 years. Time flies! We’ve been catching up since and now we are working on our next work projects together. The universe is wild! Thank you to William and Mary, NAWBO, and the universe for keeping us connected! ✨

For Therapeutic Thursday let’s talk about nutrition. What you put in your body matters. Eat as healthy as you can afford to, try to eat whole foods as much as you can, and eat carbs! Carbs fuel your body! If you’re trying to lose weight don’t focus on the scale, focus on the health part and the weight will come off! Physical health and mental health aren’t separate, they are one! I highly recommend seeing a Dietitian and Intuitive Eating Specialist such for your individual needs and to explore your eating habits! Message me for more information or for a referral!
