•Be gentle with your teeth & gums (no aggressive brushing)
•Use toothpaste that keeps your smile strong
•Drink more water for a happier mouth
•Limit sugary snacks (balance, not bans!)
•Smile confidently — healthy teeth = happy vibes
•Keep dental checkups on schedule!
