✨ Big news for hormone health! ✨
We’re excited to share that the FDA has initiated the removal of the “black box” warning label from many hormone-replacement therapies (HRT) used in menopause treatment.

🔍 Why this matters:
The black box warning — the FDA’s highest safety alert level — previously cautioned users of HRT about increased risks of heart disease, breast cancer, strokes, and dementia.
After re-reviewing the science (especially in women starting therapy within 10 years of menopause onset or under age 60), the FDA found that risks vary significantly by age, timing, and type of therapy — and the blanket warning was outdated.
This means fewer barriers and fears when talking with your provider about HRT for symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, and vaginal atrophy.
