In times when the world feels heavy and uncertain, it becomes even more important to return to the breath — the place where the nervous system can soften and the heart can remember peace.
This Saturday, March 14 at 11 AM, I will be holding a 9D Breathwork Zoom session for anyone feeling anxiety or emotional overwhelm around the events unfolding in the Middle East and in the world.
This will be a gentle space to regulate the nervous system, release fear held in the body, and reconnect to a sense of grounding and inner steadiness. When we breathe together, we remind ourselves that even in uncertain times, peace can still begin within us.
