Welcome! I'm Dr. Joe. I've worked in the mental health field since 2008. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. My passion is working with neurodiverse clients of all ages, including Autism and ADHD. Whether you have been diagnosed with Autism or ADHD, or suspect you could be, I can help "make sense" of your experience. After just a few sessions with me, you will learn to recognize your triggers and gain an understanding of your mental health struggles.

My passion has always been helping others. Through supportive and active listening, as well as unconditional positive regard, and use of humor and trust/rapport building, I am an expert in helping others feel at ease as they process and work through issues and problematic situations. I have a down to earth approach and I meet you where you're at. Life can be hard but I can help.

I currently have a waitlist, but don't let that stop you from reaching out!
