What Is Shamanic Healing?
Shamanic healing is one of the oldest healing traditions in the world, found in cultures across every continent. At its core, it’s a spiritual and energetic practice that helps restore balance within a person—emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Shamans work by connecting with the unseen world: the subconscious, the soul, and the natural energetic field surrounding all living things.

A shamanic practitioner enters a lightly altered state of consciousness—often through drumming, rattling, rhythmic breathing, or guided journeying. In this state, the practitioner is able to access deeper layers of awareness to:
• Receive insight about the root cause of an issue
This could be emotional wounds, energetic stagnation, trauma, patterns, or old beliefs.
• Clear or shift blocked energy
Heavy, stuck, or fragmented energy can be released or transformed.
• Retrieve lost or disconnected parts of the self
