I want to take a minute to introduce myself. I’m Rebecca a licensed massage therapist of almost 18 years and the heart behind Sole Serenity Massage. I created this space to share my passion for healing through touch and to help you feel your absolute best. At Sole Serenity, I offer personalized massage therapy focused on relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellness. Whether you need a moment of calm or relief from chronic tension, I’m here for you. When I’m not working with clients, I’m spending time with my family camping, hiking and on our little homestead. I care for a tiny human, 2 dogs, 8 chickens and love working in my garden.

This client has been coming to me with chronic neck, upper back and lower back pain. We spent 90 minutes focusing on these areas with deep strokes and pressure point work. She will be back in 2 weeks for her next session to continue working on these areas. This is why I love doing what I do. I have a passion for helping people get to a better state of healthy body and mind through massage.
