Today, I had the privilege of sharing the Diamond Development Performance Series with our area coaches. I’m on a personal mission to ensure every ballplayer in our community has a strong foundation for success.

My goal is to be a true resource for these programs, sharing the same recovery and injury prevention protocols I use in my work to keep our athletes healthy, confident, and on the field all season long. I’m honored to support the coaches and families who make our local sports community so special.
