When there are children in your life, there are important things you need to know. One of those things is the phone number for Poison Control. It’s one of those things you (and we) hope you’ll never need to use, but it’s *oh so important* to have it when you need it.

Poison Control is there to help if you or someone you know has an encounter with a medicine, product, creature, or plant. Their phone number is 1-800-222-1222. Screen time is always an important topic when discussing child growth and development. It’s important to be mindful of the amount of screen time allowed, whether intentional or unintentional. The AAP has recently updated their guidelines on appropriate screen time allowances. This article from the AAP has great information broken down by age group.
