By combining soft tissue treatment, corrective exercises in conjunction with chiropractic and manual therapy, we are able to resolve even the most stubborn musculoskeletal conditions. We provide the most comprehensive approach by addressing all aspects of your body — soft tissue, movement, posture, balance, stability, and strength. We are a 3000 square foot facility with private treatment rooms, exercise therapy space, strength and conditioning space, and massage rooms. Your treatment often includes massage therapy, chiropractic treatment, posture therapy, progressive exercise programs, and advanced soft tissue techniques like Active Release Technique (ART), Dry Needling, Graston Technique, and movement analysis like Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). Your visit will feel like you’ve seen a massage therapist, chiropractor, and exercise therapist all in the same visit.

Christine came to an originally with low back and knee pain due to an old injury. Her goal was simple, get active again and stay heathy!

Special shoutout to Kaila Walker (soon to be Kaila Bass)!!
She’s getting married TOMORROW! 💍

Kaila started with Deemah just over a year ago with chronic low back pain and had never worked out before. Since then, she’s been incredibly consistent, coming twice a week, getting stronger and stronger, and her low back pain has completely subsided.

One of her biggest goals was to feel strong and confident for her wedding, and after her final dress fitting this week… it fits perfectly. 👏

Now working out is just part of her routine, and she can’t imagine life without it. We are so proud of you, Kaila, and so excited for your big day!

How I paced Shamrock Marathon. 20 miles of hope. 6 miles of reality.

Quick recap… it didn’t feel great early. The old me would’ve forced the pace I thought I should run. This time I didn’t.

I stayed patient… and it gave me a race later.

Here’s how I approached it:

Miles 0–9: behave.
Keep effort low. For me that meant HR under ~156. It should feel too easy. If you’re not getting passed, you’re probably too fast.

Miles 9–18: stay controlled (into the headwind).
This is where races fall apart. Don’t chase pace. I let HR drift slightly, but capped it around ~158
Miles 18–23: start to press (if you can).
Effort comes up naturally. HR could touch ~162, but nothing higher. Focus on form.

Last 5K: empty the tank.
Sometimes it’s magic. Sometimes it’s survival. That’s the deal.

The biggest mistake I see?
People run the first part based on how they feel…and the last part based on how they hope.
Flip that.

Be patient early so you have a race later.

Great seeing so many friends and patients out there - that’s what makes these days special.

Kelly is a marathon runner and mom of two who does an amazing job staying consistent with her health and fitness so she can perform at a high level. She’s incredibly proactive - regularly scheduling massage and chiropractic care to keep her body feeling its best.

Because of her dedication to strength and stability work, her muscles are strong, balanced, and ready for her next race 🙌
