This 4-week Yoga Nidra journey is an invitation to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself from the inside out. No yoga experience needed—just a willingness to rest, listen, and be present.
Each week, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation that supports nervous system healing, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll explore sankalpa—heartfelt intention—learning how to plant and nurture meaningful inner resolve during profound rest.
Classes are accessible, trauma-informed, and supportive, offering a safe and welcoming space for every body and every background. You’ll be guided into comfortable rest—lying down or seated—as you allow the practice to do the work for you.
Over four weeks, many experience better sleep, less stress, more clarity, and a deeper connection with themselves. Whether you’re seeking calm, curiosity, or simply a space to restore, this course offers a gentle path back to balance.
