We were thrilled to welcome a special guest to the ABC Cooking Club this week! ✨

Brenda, one of our Independent Living residents, joined us to help make chocolate drizzle popcorn in memory care — and she definitely makes a mean batch!

Creativity (and a little mess) was in full swing here at Legacy Oaks Midlothian! 🎨❤

After months of saving ice cream canisters, our residents finally got to papier-mâché them!

Guided by our retired art teacher, everyone transformed simple containers into something uniquely their own — soon to be painted, decorated, and repurposed as planters, trash cans, or whatever their hearts desire.

We had such a wonderful time making, creating, and laughing together. Stay tuned to see these masterpieces come to life! 🌟

Thanks to Care Star and Infinite Health, residents created beautiful wristlet keychains during a bead bracelet art event.

Everyone enjoyed choosing colors and beads, designing unique bracelets, and making something to keep their keys close at hand.

With the SingFit PRIME app and accompanying materials, residents participate in an interactive, social music group that brings together singing, movement, trivia, and reminiscence. Our residents are proudly singing together, engaging both mind and body in joyful, meaningful ways.

This evidence-based technology supports cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being — enhancing mood, focus, speech, and social connection through the power of music.
