So breathe fully, openly, with full courage and confidence

Step one: Sit in a comfortable position

Step two: cover the right nostril with the right thumb and inhale through the left nostril for 4 counts.

Step three: Cover the left nostril with the right index finger and exhale through the right nostril for 4 counts.

Step four: Inhale through the RIGHT nostril for 4 counts.

Step 5: Cover the right nostril and exhale through the left nostril
