Apparently self-care doesn’t include updating headshots in a timely fashion 🫣
Nearly 3 years into this career and I’m reflecting on the incredible trust and connection built along the way. To be invited into your highs and lows, and everything in-between. It is truly an honor to hold space for healing. I’m so grateful 🤍✨🧿

Let’s talk about the infamous ✨masseter ✨

The masseter is one of the strongest muscles in the body, responsible for chewing, jaw closure and more. This often neglected muscle becomes overworked from grinding, clenching, and stress which can lead to tension headaches, jaw pain and even neck tension.

Releasing this muscle through buccal massage can bring immediate, profound relief.

the power of nurturing touch 🤎

massage and bodywork can help to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and the release of endorphins and serotonin. it’s important to me that my clients get into this deep state of relaxation before going into deep tissue work. going straight into deep tissue work can activate your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) and make it much more difficult to release muscle tension.
i love deep tissue work, but too much too soon is NOT effective. physical touch that is intentional, safe and welcoming is essential. this is how we create a beautiful bodywork session that is both therapeutic and relaxing. 🤌🏽

I started school in 2021. I started clinicals in the beginning of 2022. I passed my board exam on April 10th, 2023. And became fully licensed August 14th of 2023. Just 16 months ago.
Thank you to every single person who has supported me in my practice. I am truly so grateful to have such amazing and kind clients, some of you guys have stuck with me since clinicals (!!!) - truly mind blowing 🤯

I love what I do. 2024 was a year of growth for me. I learn something new from every person that gets on my table. Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for sharing (and sometimes oversharing 😂) parts of your lives with me - the good and the bad.

2025 will be a year of more growth and learning. I plan to continue my education further in order to provide the best service possible for my clients. 🤍

HAPPY NEW YEAR • LOVE YOU ALL ✨✨✨

🤎 APPRECIATION POST 🤎

It’s been a little over a year since I began my career as a massage therapist. I have been so blessed to have met so many beautiful individuals who have trusted me and supported my business. If you are a regular client, someone who comes every now and again, or if you’ve recommended me to your friends and family- from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. The amount of support from complete strangers seriously blows my mind.

It has been deeply rewarding to be able to help people in various ways and getting to know my clients on a more personal level. I have learned so much and am dedicated to continuing my education in order to always provide a quality, individualized treatment session.

So many more great things to come this year 🙏🏽✨

In my practice I have found that cupping is most effective when used in combination massage therapy (during the same session). Placing cups in a focused area of tension can help break down the fascial adhesions before or after manually massaging the area.
Interested in cupping and its benefits? Message me to find out if you are a good candidate for cupping!

‼️ Cupping can leave bruise-like marks on the body caused by broken capillaries that can last a few days or a couple weeks depending on the individual and the level of suction used. Keep any upcoming events in mind when scheduling your session! ‼️

you’ll never regret carving out some time for you.. 🤍•••
