This is your sign to book the massage, and remember they don’t always have to be deep tissue‼️

If you’re feeling pain it’s common to assume you need to book a deep tissue massage to dive deep into the muscle groups to relieve pain and tension, BUT that is not necessarily true.

Here at Lewis plastic surgery Erin offers Swedish, Post-Surgery Lymphatic, and Deep tissue massages. She combines stretching, manipulation tactics, gentle and firm pressure, and even natural approaches- such as applying Arnica Oil to the skin to achieve stress, tension, and pain reduction.

Not all massages have to be painful and uncomfortable! Erin prides herself in client comfortability all while maximizing results! We promise you will leave her chair feeling rejuvenated!

Wondering what to do before your surgery?

1️⃣ Schedule a thorough consultation
✔️ Discuss goals, expectations, and any previous surgeries.
✔️ Be honest about your medical history, medications, allergies, and lifestyle habits.

2️⃣ Follow pre-op instructions exactly
✔️ Your surgeon will give specific guidelines about medications, supplements, and foods to avoid.
✔️ Some things (like blood thinners or certain vitamins) can increase bleeding risk.

3️⃣ Stop smoking and limit alcohol
✔️ Smoking delays healing and increases complications.
✔️ Alcohol can affect anesthesia and recovery.

4️⃣ Prepare your home and recovery area
✔️ Stock up on essentials: water, healthy snacks, medications, gauze, pillows.
✔️ Arrange a comfortable resting spot, especially if mobility will be limited.

5️⃣ Plan for help
✔️ Have a trusted friend or family member available to drive you home and assist during the first few days.

6️⃣ Mental and physical readiness
✔️ Get enough sleep in the days leading up to surgery.
✔️ Stay hydrated and eat nourishing meals.
✔️ Understand your post-op timeline and expectations — mentally preparing is key!

7️⃣ Ask questions and clarify everything
✔️ If something feels unclear about anesthesia, recovery, or post-op instructions — ask.
✔️ No question is too small when it comes to your safety.

Here are 6 things you need to hear before plastic surgery👇

1️⃣This won’t fix everything—and that’s okay. Plastic surgery can boost confidence, but it won’t heal insecurities, relationships, or life stress. Go in for _you_, not for perfection.

2️⃣Results take time. Swelling, bruising, and scar healing are part of the process. What you see at 6 weeks isn’t the final result. Patience is part of the procedure.

3️⃣Every body heals differently. Your results won’t look exactly like someone else’s. Genetics, skin quality, and lifestyle all play a role.

4️⃣Cheapest is rarely the safest. Experience, credentials, and comfort with your surgeon matter more than a deal or discount.

5️⃣You need to be in the right season of life. If you’re overwhelmed, rushing, or doing this for someone else’s timeline, pause. Surgery should fit _your_ life, not add stress to it.

6️⃣Maintenance is part of the commitment. Some results require touch-ups, skincare, weight stability, or lifestyle changes. Think long-term, not just the “after” photo.

A transformation rooted in both art and anatomy. ✨

This patient underwent a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to remove excess skin and tighten the abdominal muscles, restoring a flatter, firmer core after changes from pregnancy or weight loss.

She also had an autoaugmentation mastopexy — a specialized breast lift that reshapes and repositions your own natural breast tissue to restore upper pole fullness without implants. It lifts, tightens, and enhances using what you already have.

To further refine her silhouette, liposuction was performed to contour and sculpt targeted areas, enhancing natural curves and creating smoother transitions throughout the midsection.

The result? A balanced, rejuvenated figure that looks natural, proportionate, and beautifully hers.
Every procedure is customized. Every outcome is intentional. 💫

Liposuction? Tummy tuck? Or both? 🤔

Here’s the difference — and how we decide what’s best for you.

✨ Liposuction is best for stubborn fat. If your skin is tight and your concern is fullness (flanks, lower abdomen, upper abdomen), liposuction can sculpt and contour without removing skin.

✨ Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) removes excess skin and tightens separated abdominal muscles. If you have loose skin, stretch marks, or muscle separation (common after pregnancy), this is often the better solution.

✨ Both are often combined when there’s excess skin and stubborn fat. Liposuction refines the shape, while a tummy tuck tightens and smooths everything out.
The best procedure isn’t about what’s trending — it’s about your anatomy, skin quality, muscle laxity, and goals. A consultation allows us to assess what will give you the most natural, balanced result.

“What’s a seroma?” 👀

After surgery, especially procedures like a tummy tuck or liposuction, a seroma could present itself. A seroma is simply a pocket of that clear fluid that collects under the skin.

It’s not an infection. It’s not uncommon. It’s your body responding to surgery.

However, Dr. Lewis uses a technique that has drastically decreased his patients’ odds of getting a serum. He uses quilting sutures to connect the skin and fat to the abdominal wall.

His work speaks for itself. Come see us today!

30-second hot take on butt implants 👇

Butt implants are _not_ for everyone.

Instead, try BBL. This is a great way to give volume to the butt where you do liposuction to the waist and add it to the buttocks.

Bigger isn’t always better. Safer, proportionate, and natural-looking should always be the goal.
