We are all susceptible to burnout. Family, jobs, health, societal upheaval, finances, relationships...it can become heavy. If we don't take time to rest and replenish, burnout is inevitable.

Friends, we're going to let you in on a little secret: *hustle culture is NOT it*.

There. We said it.

Feeling like you must "rise and grind" every day in order to be successful will lead to heightened stress, poor self-care, relationship strain, decreased mental and physical health, and burnout.

It is ok to take breaks. It is ok to take a day off from working towards a goal! It is ok to rest. It is ok to ask for help. You are still valuable, you are still moving in a good direction, and you are enough. 🫶
