November is here and we have some class updates. We have added a few new classes to the schedule and changed some styles to honor your feedback.
New Class Alert.
B-Strong (Heated Mat Pilates) - Sweat, Sculpt and Strengthen. Our heated Pilates class is the perfect blend of core-strengthening PIlates and energizing heated room.
Using your mat and props, you’ll build lean muscle, improve flexibility and boost your endurance in the low impact, high intensity workout. Get ready to challenge yourself and leave feeling strong and energized.

Wednesday - B-Stong at 9am with Whitney
Friday - B-Strong at 12pm with Juna

Tuesday - B-Awakened at 7p with Lea

Thursday - B-Bliss at 7p with Paris/Amber
