Still having knee pain from Revel BC, Nebo, Wasatch 100... As runners, working through IT Band Syndrome requires a gradual progression back into running and progression of strength exercises. Stay focused and keep putting in the work.

We work with a TON of runners, helping them return from an injury faster and stronger than before to run their best races. This takes time and focus. Among our endurance friends, IT Band Syndrome is the most common running overuse injury we see...I dealt with it for a few years while in school. It's challenging. But with the right exercises, focus, and time, you can get back to running your best.

Be frequent with your exercise, give your lower back frequent attention, and get back out there and enjoy life.

Regardless of sport, age, or occupation...Low Back Pain is the most common complaint that presents to our Midvale, UTAH, sports chiropractic clinic. With time, the back will become less uncomfortable and stronger, provided you are doing the necessary activities to achieve this outcome. After a while, you have to switch up the exercises to further progress. These may help. Use caution and reach out if you have any questions or need an appointment for hands-on help.
