This quarter, we’ve seen how a single kit can change a story.
We have distributed 1,840 reusable pads to communities in Kenya and Malawi. These aren’t just supplies—they are tools for education, health, and dignity.
The Impact Breakdown:  
Kenya: 260 kits delivered to schoolgirls, ensuring they never have to miss a day of class because of their period. Huge thanks to the Laura Ericson Group Trips community for making this possible!  
Malawi: 200 kits provided to women in Nkhotakota displacement camps who lost nearly everything in the recent floods. We also provided washing buckets for the men in the camps to support the community’s recovery.
To our donors and partners: thank you for helping us bridge the gap in period equity. We are just getting started.

We recently had the opportunity to donate pads to female flood victims in the Nkhotakota District, Malawi!
This was not just a distribution. It was a reminder of why Nora exists. When we arrived in Nkhotakota, we were not just delivering pads, we were delivering dignity to women and girls who have already lost so much to the floods. Homes are gone, Crops are gone, Stability is gone and in the middle of that chaos, something as basic as a sanitary pad becomes a luxury.
Menstrual health does not pause during a disaster, and for displaced women and girls, the burden becomes heavier, more humiliating, and more painful.

FAQ: How many reusable pads should you buy?
A good starter set is 7–10 pads so you’re covered for your whole cycle.
We usually recommend:
• 2 Ultra – for overnight
• 2–3 Heavy – for your heaviest days
• 2–3 Regular – for medium flow days
• 2 Liners – for light days or spotting
Everyone’s flow is different, so your perfect set might look a little different. Start with what feels right and build from there!
