I would like to take a moment to illuminate the profoundly uplifting essence of why Friday bingo is so incredibly beloved beyond the obvious reasons. One resident required some assistance with his bingo card. Instantly, two residents, one on each side, sat with him and provided unwavering support throughout. Others will deliver prizes to residents, one helps lay out the cards after bingo to be cleaned. The residents engage in truly wonderful conversations, share contagious laughter, and offer genuinely heartfelt support to one another. What a profoundly joyous experience it is to be a part of this! 💕

We kicked off today with $25,000 Pyramid, because who doesn't love a good brain tease? Today was also birthday extravaganza day, with four birthdays to celebrate this month. We busted out our best off-key rendition of Happy Birthday, then enjoyed cake and punch. 🎂🎉👏💕

This morning we put our brains to the test playing Plinko. We had a sharp group attend, which is code for they were all secretly competitive. The afternoon was time for a new game called Stick the Landing, because who doesn't love a good plunger toss. You use two pretend plungers with sticky bases and try to get them to land in the hoop on the floor, but let's just say a few took an unexpected detour. We then had homemade cookies and hot cocoa to keep us nice and toasty. 🍪☕️

This morning, we got our brain cells doing the cha cha slide with Word in a Word, where we tried to squeeze a gazillion words out of just one. The residents showed off their crazy skills, starting with 57 words and just kept on rocking. Now we're mentally sharper than a tack for the rest of the day.

Happy Tuesday! Our morning air soccer session was basically a fancy way of saying we kicked a ball around and laughed a lot, but hey, it worked our leg muscles. Then we crushed it at Family Feud, which was basically a mental boot camp. So, we're basically superheroes now, with awesome physical and cognitive skills, and we had a blast doing it. 🏋️‍♀️🤯💪
