For individuals whose health and physical needs can no longer be met at home, Milaca Elim Meadows offers excellent 24-hour skilled nursing care. Our innovative programs and services focus on the holistic health of our residents and are always administered by highly qualified staff in a compassionate, resident-centered manner. Senior Rehab Nursing
Therapy and nursing staff members work closely together to develop and execute individualized, incremental rehabilitation care plans that encourage residents to rehabilitate quickly, thus allowing them to regain strength and return to their normal routines when appropriate. Short-term rehabilitation programs are also available and allow individuals to return to their home following surgery or other health concerns. Home Care Services

In order to provide for the needs of our terminally ill residents and their families, Elim Care & Rehab Center offers hospice services. Through this program, residents and families can receive the additional support, care and comfort they need while working directly with staff who are trained in pain management and comfort care needs. Our specialized rehab unit offers residents physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapies six days a week. Through these services, residents work to regain confidence in their physical strength, fine motor functions and speech abilities. Nine of our rooms are specifically dedicated for rehab care. We desire to nurture the work of God in each person’s life through prayerful counsel and attentive listening for all residents, staff and families. Elim has a full-time chaplain to serve both Elim and Country Meadows. Chapel is held five days a week and other spiritual care activities include Bible studies, prayer groups and hymn sings.
