IBEW Local 109 is located in Milan, Illinois and serves the greater Quad City area in both Iowa and Illinois. Along with the immediate Quad Cities, Local 109 also serves Ioaw City, Cedar Rapids, Ottumwa, Ford Dodge, and Muscatine, Iowa, as well as Cordova Illinois.

For the first time, an IBEW-led lineworker rodeo thrilled thousands of visitors at the Iowa State Fair this summer, thanks in large part to the hard work of scores of union members across the state.

Brothers and Sisters,

Due to a situation beyond our control, the office suffered some water damage and will be closed until further notice. This will impact some areas of our operation, so please be patient as we work through it. Any items or orders purchased from the Local 109 store will not be able to be filled currently, however, as soon as we are able, we will get them to you.

The Quad Cities Unit Meeting location will be moved to IBEW Local 145, the address is 1700 52nd Ave, Moline, IL. Meeting time will remain at 4:30pm.
