Milan Rotary had the absolute joy of providing dictionaries to the 3rd grade students at MES! Their excitement was everything! 📚

A special shoutout to Allyson, Anisha, and Jessica for taking the time to be there and make this moment so meaningful for these students.

There is something special about seeing their faces light up over something as simple—and powerful—as a dictionary. The pure joy, curiosity, and pride they have in receiving their very own dictionary is truly heartwarming.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. Such a blessing to serve and invest in the next generation. 💙

Yesterday the Rotary Club of Milan enjoyed a great joint meeting with the Lions Club. Our guest speaker was Mayor Beasley, who shared exciting updates from 2025 and what’s ahead for 2026. It’s clear that Milan continues to grow and it’s inspiring to see the momentum building across our city. Mayor Beasley said it best: “Our city. Our moment. Our momentum.”

While we had to cut the Milan Rotary Club Annual Bob & Dorris Parkins Turkey Shoot short due to rain and lightning last Saturday, we’re incredibly thankful for the amazing turnout and support from our community. Because of you, we were still able to raise a little over $3,000 that will go directly back into the Milan community through Rotary service projects and local initiatives.

Congratulations to Mike Sutton for having the winning ticket for this year's gun raffle!

We want to extend a huge thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, and Rotary members who donated their time, resources, and support to make this event possible. It truly takes a team to pull something like this together, and we’re grateful for everyone who played a part.

And of course, thank you to everyone who came out to participate and support the event. Your support helps us continue giving back and making a difference in our community.

The Milan Rotary Club was honored to spread a little extra love this Valentine’s season through our Flowers for Friendship project. 💐❤️

Rotarians delivered a single white flower to residents at Dogwood Pointe and NHC Healthcare as a symbol of kindness, friendship, and caring for the wonderful citizens in our local care facilities.

Seeing the smiles, hearing the stories, and sharing a few moments of connection is what Rotary is all about.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and to remind our community that they are loved, not just on Valentine’s Day, but always. ❤️

We are so so proud of our Interact Club at Milan High School! They came up with the idea of the "Bulldog Brown Bag Food Drive" and together with their classmates, made up 69 complete meal bags to hand out to our community! There were two classes who tied for bringing in the most bags and they will be rewarded with a breakfast from Milan Rotary Club!
