The mission of Ripley Crossing is to provide older adults in rural Southeastern Indiana quality housing, relief from social isolation, and access to a continuum of health care services. Our 14 acre campus offers independent senior apartments, assisted living, long-term care, in & outpatient rehabilitation and we specialize in dementia care.

✨ Mikayla Murray ✨

Mikayla is one of our dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants here at Ripley Crossing! As a CNA, Mikayla plays a key role in caring for our residents—helping with daily needs, offering support, and bringing a smile to each day.

• Her favorite part of the job?

✨ “Getting to be the light in someone’s day, seeing our residents smile, and learning new skills.”

• Mikayla also treasures advice she once received from a resident:

💭 “The biggest mistake you can make in life is not truly understanding how short time is—memories will last a lifetime.”

Outside of work, Mikayla loves hiking, reading, crafting, binge-watching TV, and spending time with her family and furbabies. She dreams of vacationing in Aruba or Japan, and her favorite season is winter, especially when it snows. ❄️

We’re grateful for Mikayla’s compassion, dedication, and the joy she brings to Ripley Crossing every day! Thank you for all that you do! ☺️👏🏽
