I am dedicated to making people feel good from the inside out and developing good habits that you can maintain for the rest of your life. My passion is teaching people the tools they need to live a happy and healthy life in a realistic fashion through fitness, nutrition and mental challenges. I believe in a well rounded individual who focuses on all facets of fitness. My goal is to show people how to make exercise simple and fun with a strong emphasis on concepts such as body awareness, injury prevention, spinal alignment, mobility and self-confidence. I am passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and their fullest potential as human beings. I obtained my BS degree in Fitness Management at Lock Haven University. At Lock Haven I participated in Track and Field where I became a NCAA Division II four-time All-American in the 400m. I am a certified private trainer and I offer one-on-one and small group training in my studio or on site. My clients come from all walks of life: athletes, pre/post natal moms, elderly, business executives, etc. I enjoy participating in CrossFit, yoga, running, anything outdoors and spending time with my family. Through my page I offer you information from nutrition and training advise, cooking, articles, workout ideas, videos, new exercise moves, motivation and much more. Thank you for stopping by!
