I am dedicated to making people feel good from the inside out and developing good habits that you can maintain for the rest of your life. My passion is teaching people the tools they need to live a happy and healthy life in a realistic fashion through fitness, nutrition and mental challenges. I believe in a well rounded individual who focuses on all facets of fitness. My goal is to show people how to make exercise simple and fun with a strong emphasis on concepts such as body awareness, injury prevention, spinal alignment, mobility and self-confidence. I am passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and their fullest potential as human beings. I obtained my BS degree in Fitness Management at Lock Haven University. At Lock Haven I participated in Track and Field where I became a NCAA Division II four-time All-American in the 400m. I am a certified private trainer and I offer one-on-one and small group training in my studio or on site. My clients come from all walks of life: athletes, pre/post natal moms, elderly, business executives, etc. I enjoy participating in CrossFit, yoga, running, anything outdoors and spending time with my family. CREAMY PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

I made this last week when I needed a high protein post workout meal on the go!

I love anything, everything pumpkin🧡

Delicious.

Ingredients:

🔸1 frozen banana
🔸1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
🔸1/2 cup pumpkin purée
🔸1 serving vanilla protein powder
🔸1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
🔸1 tsp. Vanilla extract
🔸1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
🔸1/2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice

*Optional to add 1 tbsp almond butter

Autumn Sausage Veggie and Apple Sheet Pan Dinner

This was a delicious, quick and easy meal.

It has all the perfect fall flavors. Sausage, sweet potatoes (or butternut squash), Brussels sprouts, apples, red onion and herbs.

Beautiful time of the year to be outdoors 🍁🚲🧡
A little photo dump of this weekend. We had so much fun. Completed 7.6 miles (2 hours) of bike trails at Shindagin Hollow State Forest without any injuries. Mom desperately needs a helmet upgrade🤣 It was also the last round of NYOA series at Newark Valley.

EASY ENERGY/SNACK BITES

I made these stamina-stocked snacks for my boys dirt bike race tomorrow. They are a great pick-me-up between meals and a healthy option while on the road.

Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups regular rolled oats
1/2 cup salted sunflower kernels
Unsweetened flaked or shredded coconut

Directions:
Stir together peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, cocoa powder and vanilla in a bowl until well combined. Stir in the oats and sunflower kernels. Form mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll in coconut to coat. Place in an airtight container. Cover and chill at least one hour. Store in refrigerator up to 10 days or freeze up to 3 months.

Makes: 24 bites
