We’re growing! 💙 Starting February 2nd, our Ellsworth office will be moving into a bigger space to better serve our kids, families, and community.

42 Christian Ridge Rd, Ellsworth, ME

This move means more room, more opportunities, and some exciting updates coming soon 👀✨
We can’t wait to share what’s next and welcome you into our new space!

🎄 Meet Our Nutcrackers 🎄

This year, instead of ordering awards, I made each of these nutcrackers by hand.

Every nutcracker was chosen, painted, and personalized to reflect the role that staff member plays at The Openshaw Spot: the protectors, the calmers, the chaos-managers, the behind-the-scenes heroes, and the ones who show up every single day no matter what.

Nutcrackers are meant to stand guard, and that felt especially fitting this year.
Through growth, change, and a whole lot of busy days, this team held the line for our kids, families, and each other.

No two are the same: just like the people receiving them.
And together, they form something strong, steady, and really special.

I’m incredibly proud of this Nutcracker Army and grateful beyond words for what they bring to this place. 💙💂‍♂️

With the busy holiday season approaching, we know schedules can get a little hectic. To help our families stay on track with their therapy plans, all three of our clinics will be OPEN on Friday, December 19th, offering make-up and extra appointments for OT and Speech!

If your kiddo has missed a session recently—or you know you’ll be out for the holidays—this is a great chance to get caught up. 💙
