Doctor Nikole Novikova is accepting new patients! Appointments are booking just a few weeks out. Whether you have a tooth that has been bothering you or just want to get in for a routine exam, there is no better time than now! Call to get scheduled!

We also want to take this time to give a hygiene appointment update:
We still have a waitlist. We know how important oral hygiene is and we truly appreciate your patience. The good news is our hygienists have opened up additional slots each week to help cut down on our waitlist and get patients in sooner. We are working hard behind the scenes to increase availability! When we have a last-minute opening, our team spends a lot of time reaching out to patients on our waitlist to try and fill those spots as quickly as possible. If your already on our list, keep an eye on your phone – it might be us calling! We encourage you to call our office anytime to check on availability and confirm that you are on our waitlist.

*Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
*Scheduling/rescheduling appointments
*Confirming next day appointments
*Updating patient information
*Collecting payment for completed appointments
*Answering the phone and or returning messages
*Sending referrals
*Insurance Verification
*Accounts receivable

*Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred but not required.
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Kayla Beal IPDH

I grew up in Washington County. I was one of the last classes from Columbia Falls Elementary and I graduated from Narraguagus High School in 2010.

My love for dental knowledge started in 2012 when I worked as a dental assistant. In 2015 I received my degree from the University of Maine Augusta- Bangor Campus in the Science of Dental Hygiene. I have worked in private practice and public health.

After traveling an hour for work. I started some research about Washington County. There are five dental practices in Washington County. Out of these five offices, There are six dental hygienists and one independent practice dental hygienist that gives preventative dental care to a population of 34,910 people.

After this research, I gained authority as an Independent Practice Dental Hygienist through the Maine Dental Board. Allowing me to bring my dental hygiene services to the area that I love, Washington County.
