💩 1️⃣ You are what you excrete, not just what you eat.

🏋️♀️ 2️⃣ Lift weights — your God-given anti-aging tool!
Lifting at least 3x a week helps preserve muscle, metabolism, and mood. If you’re new, start simple with 5–10 lbs. and have great workouts — and my January program will include an entire library of 15–30 min strength sessions!
🍉 3️⃣ Eat with the seasons (and sunlight!).
God gave us watermelon in summer for hydration + minerals, and squash in fall for grounding nourishment. Check out for seasonal guides + the Dirty Dozen/Clean 15 list.
⏰ 4️⃣ Support your “rest and digest” with intermittent fasting.
Choose an eating window that feels sustainable (mine is 11am–7pm). I like to break my fast with healthy fats, protein + fiber. I’m not perfect at it, and that’s ok — grace and consistency matter more than perfection. Your cells will thank you! ✨
💧 5️⃣ Hydrate intentionally.
Tap water = ick 🧪 (arsenic, fluoride, residual meds… no thanks). Filtered water + electrolytes make all the difference. We use reverse osmosis + in our home, but I’m planning to upgrade soon. Reach out to my girls , , or for whole-home water systems that actually serve your health.
