Elevate Therapy CT

Elevate Therapy CT Welcome to Elevate Therapy! Please visit our website www.ElevateTherapyCT.com for more information. Therapy is hard work.

We specialize in providing comprehensive mental health support through both in-person and Telehealth services in Connecticut and New York City. It requires stepping outside of the comfort zone in order to build a healthy undertdanding of life's challenges. This process enables individuals, couples, and families to develop the foundation and skills necessary to live their best, most authentic lives. Whatever challenges are being faced, my mission is to foster an environment that meets folks where they're at in order to facilitate change and growth. Modalities used but not limited to include: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), exposure and relapse prevention (ERP), motivational interviewing (MI), strength-based and holistic approaches, supportive therapy, and psycho-education.

Our neuropsychologist, Dr. John O'Hara, here at Elevate Therapy, can provide an ADHD evaluation and work with you to develop personalized strategies for success.

Which of these strategies do you already use? Or which would you like to try? Let us know in the comments!

Life, healing, and self-care aren’t one-size-fits-all. Some days feel light, some feel heavy, some feel slow, and some feel steady. What matters most is allowing yourself to move through life at a pace that feels honest and kind to you.

Your steps don’t need to be perfect, loud, or linear to matter. Gentle progress, small pauses, reset moments, and steady movement all count. You get to choose the rhythm.

Wherever you are today, we hope you offer yourself grace with every step.
