We’ll begin by sipping a warm cup of 3rd Eye Chai, an herbal tea crafted to support clarity and intuition, then move into a gentle, restorative yoga practice. The evening continues with guided meditation and intentional journaling, creating space to integrate the season’s wisdom and set meaningful intentions. You’ll close the night by crafting your own personalized tea blend to take home, extending the practice beyond the mat.
