Kristen brings more than 25 years of nursing experience, primarily in emergency and urgent care settings. Crystal brings over 16 years of experience in emergency, orthopedic, and surgical care. Both Kristen and Crystal are currently completing their Master’s degrees as Nurse Practitioners.

They share a strong interest in medical aesthetics, functional medicine, hormone optimization, and personalized wellness. Their backgrounds in high-acuity clinical environments shape a safety-first, patient-centered approach to care.
