There’s nothing like hearing the sound of the waves 🌊 crashing. It’s so soothing even when it’s rough. Can’t wait to go to the beach again and just enjoy the sights and sounds!

No days off, you usually only see that I take advantage of increasing my nitric oxide, add 22 superfoods and daily collagen on workout days. Well I need to admit something, I don’t go a day without these 3. What isn’t seen is that I also take my omegas at night, this rounds out and balances me.

Caretaking has it’sups and downs but recently it was an UP because I was able to drop this guy off for his final infusion 🙏🏻, he has been doing great, no new lesions, symptoms have plateaued, and because of the length of time he has been dealing with MS we are all confident he will be good 😉
I am happy that we are both taking better care of ourselves and we are approaching the best years ahead in a positive, healthy and loving life together 🥰
