Representatives from the finance department of Kent County Levy Court stopped by today with a host of gifts for our veteran residents. Each year, our country unites to honor the veterans who have made the ultimate sacrifice in both war and peacetime. We do this by placing wreaths on their final resting places across the United States. From Sussex to New Castle County, Delawareans turned out to share in this time-honored tradition.

The Delaware Veterans Home is proud to have participated in this tradition again this year at Veterans Cemetery in Bear, DE. We brought back photos to share with the hope that you will join us next year!
