Primary Care for Adults is a new practice open in Hopedale, MA run and owned by Elizabeth D'Alesio. Liz has been practicing in the Milford area for over 23 years as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. Since the passage of the Massachusetts law that Nurse Practitioners can own their own practice, Liz has chosen to pursue a new practice as a Primary Care Provider. Liz's new practice is based out of the Spina Obstetrics office where she has been working for the past two decades. She is currently accepting new patients, male or female, with limited wait time for appointments: emergency cases will be seen within the week. She is on call for her own patients 24/7 and is easily reachable in off hours.
